All our 3D printing materials are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and have been tested for safety to ensure they are safe for both pets and humans. We primarily use materials like PETG.

PETG stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified - but all you need to know is that it's a robust material that withstands playtime antics and cozy naps alike. Safety is paramount, and PETG is non-toxic and free from unpleasant odors, so you can rest assured that your pet's health is in good hands.

Here's how your order is processed:

1. After placing your order, the custom color and size you selected will be confirmed by our team and verified with you via email. If you have a specific color preference, please feel free to inform us via email.

2. Once your custom requirements are confirmed, we will model the selected style, creating models and 3D views.

3. It takes about 1-2 working days to complete the modeling and 3D views. After completion, we will send the model images and 3D views to you via email for confirmation. Once you confirm everything is correct, we will initiate the production process.

4. At the end of production, we will take photos and videos of the finished product to ensure it meets your expectations.

5. Next, we will package your order and arrange for shipping.

6. The entire order processing cycle takes about 14 days.

Each product is meticulously customized, tailored for you and your pet. As each piece is uniquely customized, the process may take some time. However, please believe that this patient waiting will be worth it, as it means you will receive a completely unique product, exclusively for you and your pet.

You can clean the 3D-printed pet bed with a damp cloth. For some removable soft cushion parts, it is recommended to hand wash and air dry in a shaded area. Please avoid using chemical cleaners to prevent damage to the material.

If the product you receive is damaged or has any issues, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a return or exchange service or an appropriate solution based on the specific situation.
