2.Shipping fee

Free shipping for all products.

3.Exclude taxes

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer is not paying customs duties will not be able to process the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize ANOUCE to import your product on your behalf and agree to ANOUCE delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon the arrival of your order based on the product value.

4.Handling time

Since these are custom products, and we will communicate with you through email, the general order processing time for custom products is 10–14 days. (do not include weekends or holidays.). We strive to get all orders received before 0 AM (EST) shipped out the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays. Once the tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email!
