RETURN POLICY

Since customized products are made according to individual requirements, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges without reason. However, if there are quality issues with the product, it does not match the specifications in your order, or it is damaged due to shipping, we will offer a return or exchange service.

 

 EXCHANGING POLICY 

For customized products, we do not accept exchanges without a valid reason. If the customized product you receive does not match the specifications of your order (including size, color, etc.), or if it was damaged during shipping, we can offer an exchange service.

CANCELLATION

All customized products can be canceled before they enter the 3D printing production stage. Generally, your order will enter the 3D printing production process within 2-3 business days after you place it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email promptly.

2. Once your customized order has entered the 3D printing production stage, we do not accept refunds without a valid reason.
